Verification is required, by completing two Discord verification steps that are highlighted below.

Depending on where you heard about us from, you may have received a promo code to claim! 

Simply click the Green Wallet button at the top of the page, Redeem Promo Code & enter the name of the place that you heard about us from or another code if you have been given one.

See below the steps of how to complete verification successfully and common troubleshoots.

Users will be denied verification if they are detected to have multiple accounts. It is advised that you do not have any VPN running when completing this step and that you make sure you have not made multiple accounts. 

Click the Verify button in the first verify channel, read the prompts and complete the popups.

Hit Submit! You will be prompted in this channel if you have been successfully verified or if you had any issues. 

**Troubleshooting Guide**
If you have only just created a Discord Account, an additional verification step is required and it will tell you this in the final verification step. Simply open a #web-support

**Verification Troubleshooting**
**- **Make sure that you are not using a VPN and that you only have one account
* If you have had to create a Discord account because you did not previously use Discord, you will be required to complete the web-support section of the Discord as well.
